I hope everyone was able to enjoy the long weekend and the great weather.

Completing the essential eLearning modules is a requirement for volunteers across all the Calvary Adelaide Hospitals. Now that we have a full team of Volunteer Coordinators within the volunteer program team, its timely to place some energy and focus on supporting volunteers to complete these essential eLearning modules. During the months of October and November, the volunteer team has set a goal to work towards supporting volunteers complete close to 100% of the following 2 eLearning modules :



· Calvary’s Response to Volunteering Assisted Dying – currently have only 56% of volunteers as having completed this training. (This is a 7 minute video to watch).

· Hand Hygiene – currently have 78% of volunteers as having completed this training. (This takes approximately 15 minutes to complete followed by a short quiz).



You can log in to your eLearning account to see if you are still to complete either of these modules. Your Volunteer Coordinator also has access to these records and will be in touch with you to let you know if you are still to complete either of the 2 modules.



To access your eLearning account, you simply need to copy the link to your browser - https://learninghub.calvarycare.org.au/login/index.php where you will see the following:









Your user name never changes and is a unique 7 digit number identification, which was provided to you on commencement. If you are unsure of this number, your Volunteer Coordinator can advise. The password of course is a word created by you when you first logged in to the eLearning Hub.

Password: XXXXXX



Should you have difficulty logging into your account, or have forgotten your password, try clicking the ‘forgot password’ link and a new password should be sent to your email. If you continue to have difficulties logging in to the account, please reach out to your Volunteer Coordinator for assistance.



Please anticipate an email or a call from your respective Volunteer Coordinator over the coming week to confirm if you need to complete either of the modules and to see if you require any support to complete these modules.
