Hi All

The Calvary North Adelaide Hospital  vaccination program commenced yesterday.  You will start to see the mobile Fluvax program across the site visiting the wards every morning – Monday through to Friday.

Both FluQuad and Fluad Quad (65 year and older) vaccinations are available.

No appointments are required and we strongly encourage everyone to have the flu vaccination.  If you miss the mobile Fluvax please go to the Atrium on any week day from 9am to 10.30 to be vaccinated.  There is no cost to you and we simply ask that you bring your Medicare card.

If you have already been vaccinated, it would be appreciative if you could bring a copy of your vaccination details so we can update our records.  Your vaccination details can be emailed directly to CHCA-Volunteers@calvarycare.org.au

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to touch base or if you are having trouble finding the mobile service please do not hesitate to come and see me in Room 11 or Jeannine in Room 34 on the first floor of the Connery Building.
