Subject: REPORT DUE - Disaster Risk Reduction project - 11 APRIL 2023 (Korean)

Dear

I hope this email finds you well. As we near the end of the current “Increasing CALD communities’ resilience to risk’ project cycle, it is important that we gather comprehensive reports of activities from all project coordinators. These reports will help MCCSA assess the progress made by communities, identify areas that need improvement, and report back to the sponsor and to the government.

As project coordinator, your role in this project has been instrumental in ensuring its success. We greatly appreciate your hard work, dedication, and commitment to achieving our shared objectives. We understand that you have been busy with various tasks and responsibilities, and we appreciate your efforts to keep the project on track.

To assist us in collecting the essential information, we kindly ask each participating community to provide a comprehensive report of the activities undertaken by their respective community during the project cycle. As a reminder, you received an Excel document earlier this year that was designed to assist you in tracking activities and issues. You may use this document attached or your preferred format to submit your report.

The report should highlight the activities undertaken or scheduled for later in the year, progress made, challenges faced, and lessons learned throughout the project cycle.

Please ensure that your report is submitted no later than Tuesday 11 April to enable us to analyse and incorporate the information into our final project report. Kindly submit your report in electronic format to Lena.Gasparyan@mccsa.org.au If you have any photos please send them through. If there are people on the photos, we need consent forms before sharing them publicly.

Once reaching this milestone, you will be asked to submit your second invoice for $1500.

There are other project milestones that need to be completed before 30th June. These include conducting Post KAP surveys (Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices), attending meeting with an evaluator, and other relevant activities that are critical to the project's completion.

Please note that once the KAP surveys and meetings with the evaluator have been completed, we kindly request that project coordinators submit their third (final) invoice of $1500 for payment.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to receiving your report of activities soon. If you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,

Senior Project Officer
