WHAT TO BRING FOR DAY TWO: 


* Your name badge 

* The training folder 

* Your laptop 

* Power cord 

* pencil case, including USB

* The completed Consent Form – white copy

* Your completed Timesheet

* Your completed Receipt and Return of Patient Material Form (if relevant)

* A couple of photos, preferably on your computer or USB

* Your pilot story on your computer and a printed copy if possible

* Any questions


MASK UPDATE: 



We are no longer required to wear masks in non-patient facing areas. Please continue to wear a mask when walking through hospital corridors. 

Feel free to continue wearing a mask if you want to.
