Although the Shop is doing well, with 58 dedicated volunteers and record sales, there is uncertainty about its future because the management of the Shop is not clear. Without a manager, or shared management, the Shop will not be able to continue. Please consider if you are willing to take on the management, or share the management, of the Shop. While the tasks are not onerous, the social and emotional rewards are huge!
The role statement for the Shop Manager is on the pin board. There is no expectation for the manager to be a Quaker, but there is an expectation to support the existing Quaker ethos of the Shop. I am very happy to discuss the responsibilities of the job if you are interested.
