Comments:  Medical or other information relevant; is there a particular level of urgency?  Other information helpful to the Story Recorder (e.g. social situation, pets etc.) Kay is a 77 y/o lady who was originally admitted to MPH from home via PITH with challenging symptoms related to her met hemangioepthelioma (very rare cancer), including anxiety and SOB. Kay usually lives with her husband Barry. Barry’s first wife died in MPH about 10 years ago. Kay has a very supportive daughter Rosie, son in law and sister. Since coming to MPH Kay has deteriorated and will now remain for EOLC. Kay was interested in hearing more about the LSP when we held a family meeting last week. Her sister flagged that Kay has done extensive travel and maybe this might be a good starting point to her story. Thank you for seeing Kay.
